The Prenatal Yoga class uses safe, practical and effective postures that will encourage and enhance a healthy pregnancy. It also helps to prepare and support the body during pregnancy and birth, promotes deep relaxation and will strengthen the bond between mother and baby. The class uses clear, easy-to-follow expert tuition combined with a soothing background music track to form a relaxing class that can be used again and again.

Prenatal Yoga is accompanied by a free PDF guide booklet that highlights the instruction, provides reference photos and gives helpful tips on how to get the most from the class.

The class is devised and instructed by leading yoga teacher and mother of two, Sue Fuller. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is the author of the British School Yoga's Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course. She devised the class using her expert knowledge of prenatal yoga combined with her own experiences during pregnancy and birth.

Sue recommends using this class in conjunction with her Yoga2hear Prenatal Relaxation sessions. These feature carefully selected yoga breathing exercises (pranayamas) combined with simple but effective visualisation and relaxation techniques. The sessions have been devised specifically to deeply relax both body and mind and to encourage mum-to-be to focus on her growing baby.
