After she's falsely convicted of murder, Starr Elizabeth Conner is packed on a spaceship with other female felons and exiled to Dakon, a faraway frozen planet. To make a bad situation worse, she's supposed to become an alien's "mail-order bride." By the luck of the draw, she's matched to Torg, the super tall, handsome tribe chief. She doesn't look like the other females who are dark, beautiful, and exotic, and she can tell her new mate is disappointed to receive a pale, curvy blonde.
