Introduction

I decided to write this book, because this has to be an eye-opener for all of my friends, acquaintances, and readers from all over the world, who have a caffeine addiction, and do not know that they are suffering from it. They are suffering from coffee poisoning.

My mom suffers from it. She cannot wake up without having 3 cups of coffee, and it is only then that she decides that it is time to take notice of the world. I found that she was suffering from this addiction, about 15 years ago, when she arrived at our house, and loudly demanded coffee to help relax her after a tiring journey of about 500 miles. After that, every morning, before breakfast, we had to give her coffee, before she would speak or even think anything coherently.

She is suffering from coffee addiction. She is 77 now, and still, even if she does not eat breakfast or lunch or dinner, she makes do with large amounts of coffee.

Not being a Tea or a coffee drinker, of course, I find this addiction very funny, because I am not addicted to any mind changing chemical poisons like caffeine, tannin in tea , alcohol and nicotine. My liquid of choice has always been fresh fruit juice. And water at night. And that is why, I wanted to know why so many people all over the world are addicted to coffee, and the harmful long-term side effects of this addiction.
