Notorious Nazis, industrialists and scientists, united by Der Leiter in Organization Übermensch, realize that Hitler will lose the war. The Führer is beyond reason and continues to waste material and men on the Eastern Front. With the end of the Third Reich in sight, Der Leiter starts Operation Pandora; the construction of Germania, a secret underground factory city, where Wunderwaffen needed to found the Fourth Reich will be developed.

August 1943, Schloss Fürstenstein
Himmler provides materials and slave labor to Project Riese, which are secretly repurposed by the unscrupulous General Kammler. The general appoints officer Karl Paat as Kampfleiter of Komplex Über, where slaves work day and night on the construction of Germania and Doctor Teufele has complete freedom for his inhuman experiments.

January 1945, Wałbrzych
Trains loaded with gold, diamonds and works of art are driven to Komplex Über by Kammler's SS men to finance Operation Pandora after the war.

The chief of the English 30th Assault Unit gives up her search for missing German scientists and assumes that America has beaten her to it with Operation Paperclip.

Operation Pandora is nearing completion. The deception begins with the spread of a rumor about a missing Nazi gold train in the Riese Mountains of Poland.

30th Assault Unit and MI-15 reunite after more than half a century when British secret agent Mike Owen files a shocking report about wanted war criminals and missing scientists. America sends its top CIA agent Lasha Heyes to Europe at the request of the German and British governments.
