Administrative practice and science are currently undergoing a profound reassessment. The terms "stress", "burn-out", or "meaningless jobs" give us an idea of the reasons why the commitment to work is at half-mast today, which is rather worrying for the economic development itself. Faced with the added complexity of various technological, environmental, and geopolitical disruptions, managers are ultimately called upon to completely reinvent the way they work and think. In an attempt to transform our conception of management, the method proposed in Humanities and Organizations in Dialogue: Hermeneutic Inquiries is based on the study of contemporary humanities.
