An electronics-smuggling ring is distributing deadly IEDs to target American soldiers and diplomats, including the U.S. Ambassador to Guatemala. It's only a matter of time before the group, which has ties with Hezbollah and Iranian revolutionists, strikes other U.S. embassies.
