Maria and Jacob are walking through their neighborhood when they notice one of their neighbor's dogs has gotten out, but this is not the only dog that got out today. Someone is going around the neighborhood and opening up gates to let the dogs out. It's up to Maria and Jacob to figure out who is doing this.
