《论语·述而》：“学而不厌；诲人不倦；何有于我哉！”“诲人不倦”是我国古代著名的思想家、教育家孔子的名言。其实，“诲人不倦”不但是教育工作者的座右铭，也是世代家长教子的准则，更是华夏民族传统美德的主要内容之一。千百年来，出现了许多诲人不倦的人和事，如“孟母三迁为育儿”、“曾国藩勤俭治家”等等，使我们深深感到，无论是育人，还是教子，或是治家，都必须坚持诲人不倦的精神，只有坚持诲人不倦的精神，才能为后代的健康成长创造必要的条件。在社会日新月异发展的过程中，以适当的方式，正确运用诲人不倦的方法教育新人与安排好家庭生活，就是对华夏民族传统美德继承和创新。 （ The Analects of Confucius • Shu’er : “learn with an insatiable desire and teach tirelessly; what else do I do?” “Teach tirelessly” is the celebrated dictum of Confucius, a famous thinker and educator in ancient China.
