Harper and her family are flying on her magical scarlett umbrella when the see a girl running on air skipping along a tightrope. She leads them to a wonderous circus of dreams suspended in the clouds by hot air balloons. As the children meet the circus baker, the sea singer and the puzzling fortune teller, they begin to realise something about Harper's mysterious past!
