Due to the fallout from the global economic slowdown around 2017-2018, a young journalist found himself to be out of work and out of luck. Abandoning the bright city lights to go live in a village near to a small town to cut down on his living expenses, he ended up renting a wooden house built on stilts on two acres of land bordered by a small river. In the distance lay a mountain with its exposed cliff side facing the house.
Struggling to write fiction, he found his years of training as a journalist something of a creativity hindrance. He was about to give up trying when he found a journal bearing entries of what had transpired in the house for three days in the 80's. The journal, was penned by a man looking after his brother whom the journalist thought could be facing a condition of a mental illness, perhaps that of schizophrenia. The man on the other hand was of the opinion that his brother was suffering from the effect of the work of witchcrafts and sorceries. The man then performed something along the line of an exorcism on the brother for three days but he did not do it the proper way, as far as the journalist could tell.
So what happened in the three days? Who was in the right and who got it wrong? Read the journal for you to judge.
