It assesses two recent cost-effectiveness studies on cocaine control policy: one by RAND, <i>Controlling Cocaine: Supply Versus Demand Programs</i>, and the other by the Institute of Defense Analyses, <i>An Empirical Examination of Counterdrug Interdiction Program Effectiveness</i>.</p>
