"The Heptalogia" by Algernon Charles Swinburne is a collection of parody poems that are inspired by the writings of Wordsworth and Tennyson. The seven poems contained in this book are: The Higher Pantheism in a Nutshell, John Jones's Wife, The Poet and the Woodlouse, The Person of the House, Last Words of a Seventh-Rate Poet, Sonnet for a Picture, and Nephelidia. Though somewhat joking in nature, these poems are still beautiful and well-loved by readers.
