#3 The most simple and obvious form of courage is physical. We need a new form of physical courage that will neither run rampant in violence nor require our assertion of egocentric power over other people.

#4 Moral courage is the second type of courage. It is the courage to stand up for what is right, even if it means standing alone. It is based on one's capacity to perceive the suffering of others, and it arises from compassion for that suffering.
