The description is about the life of the Somali Nomadic Culture, where animals and humans coexist in the same environment. It focuses on a young boy named Geedi who was responsible for grazing the animals in the valley. One day, while playing with his friends, Geedi was bitten by a cobra. Devastated by his son's death, Geedi's father vows to find the cobra and seek revenge. The snake escapes into a cave, leading to a confrontation between the father and the snake. However, instead of seeking vengeance, the father proposes a reconciliation. The snake refuses, stating that reconciliation is impossible as long as swords are present and as long as the father grieves for his son. The book, titled Nin & Mas, was written by Mohamed Sh. Hassan, illustrated by David, and published by ScanSom Publishing Company in 2019.
